At Jan B. Brigadeiros, your satisfaction is our top priority. Our brigadeiros are made fresh to order with love, care, and premium ingredients - and we want every bite to feel like a treat.

Because our products are perishable food items, we are not able to accept returns. However, if something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.


💬 If Your Order Arrives Damaged, Incorrect, or Late

If your order arrives with damage, incorrect items, or is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at hello@janb.store. Include:

- Your order number

- A brief description of the issue

- A photo (if applicable)

We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


🧊 Freshness Guarantee

We’re proud of our freshness and quality. If you're not satisfied with the freshness of your brigadeiros upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund, subject to review.


📦 Subscriptions

Subscription box purchases are also non-returnable due to the nature of our product. However, if your subscription box arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please email us at hello@janb.store, and we’ll make it right.

Note: Subscription payments are only processed after your box ships, not at the time you subscribe.


⚠️ Additional Notes

- We are not responsible for orders lost, stolen, or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

- We cannot issue refunds for products that were not stored properly after delivery (see our Shipping Policy for storage instructions).
