Shipping Policy

At Jan B. Brigadeiros, we’re committed to delivering your sweets fresh, fast, and in perfect condition. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order and how to store your brigadeiros once they arrive.
📍 Shipping Area & Carriers
We currently ship within the United States only, using UPS Ground and FedEx Ground, depending on your location and order size. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
⏱️ Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Regular orders are shipped on the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
- Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout and vary based on your destination.
📅 Subscription Orders
If you're subscribed to one of our monthly boxes:
- Subscriptions placed between the 1st and 14th of the month will ship on the 15th of the same month.
- Subscriptions placed between the 15th and the end of the month will ship on the 1st of the following month.
❄️ Insulated Packaging
Because our brigadeiros are heat-sensitive, we use insulated packaging during warmer months to keep them protected during transit. We recommend having someone available to receive the delivery promptly and refrigerating your order upon arrival.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives at your door.
⚠️ Delays & Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect shipping addresses. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier first. If you need further assistance, email us at hello@janb.store, and we’ll do our best to help.
🧊 Storage & Shelf Life
Our brigadeiros are made fresh for every order and packed to maintain their quality during shipping. Once you receive them, here’s how to store them:
- At room temperature: Stays fresh for up to 2 weeks
- Refrigerated: Stays fresh for about 5 weeks
- Frozen: Can be stored for up to 3 months
💡 Pro tip: For best flavor and texture, we recommend refrigerating your brigadeiros upon arrival and letting them come to room temperature before serving.
